My order status still says "pending". What does that mean?

If you are only receiving digital goods and the shipping status says Pending, that means there may be one or more entitlements that have not yet been released. Once those are released, your shipment status should become Done.

If you are receiving physical goods, a Pending status indicates we are waiting on one or more physical goods to arrive at our fulfillment houses before we can ship your order. Once we are prepping to ship your pledge order, the status will change to Shipping. Once shipped, it will change to Shipped.
