How do I redeem my gifts from pledging?
Assuming that you have completed your pledge order through the Backer Portal, you can redeem any entitlements in your Account Portal on the Products tab.
If you don't see any items from Pillars of Eternity II there, you may not have completed your pledge order yet. To start that, visit the Backer Portal and follow the process. Once you've completed your pledge order, you can visit the Account Portal again and find your digital rewards.
